Miles goes to great lengths to explain the stages and components to the sales model – what makes up each, how to deliver them, why they are all vital. Whether it’s a smaller sale or high value deal the required steps are still the same. They need to have been iteratively developed and refined and delivered in a consistent manner by the whole team.
